Feeling disconnected from the body

Now a days throughout the day whatever work i do ... I'm feeling disconnected from my body ...I don't know what kind of feeling is this. I really can't properly express it in words. Only two thoughts are running in me feeling disconnected and ctb thoughts.
I have been having ctb thoughts from many days now....I even have my sn ready just looking for a good situation.
