Story Falling back into the darkness

For the last couple of month I was great I was feeling happy again it was so so amazing I was laughing, joking and gaming friends again. The thing is now that im getting back in the dark grey sky on my body becoming more depressed and more sad again. I don't know what to do anymore

I know that feeling, like recovery is on the brink, and everything is going well, then suddenly you're plummeting into a deep pit of despair and depression. I don't want to say welcome home, but it sure feels like that sometimes.
