Hi. I'm doing SN soon and I found at home some meto but expired last month. Will they be useful if I ctb this month or should I get new ones? (STATE DOSE) Thanks a lot

Most drugs are fine loong after expiry date. One month is nothing. (there are a few exceptions, meto is not one of them)

If the pills were sealed as they should be and have not disintegrated or changed (no weirdly coloured spots from humidity, no 'fuzzy edges' where the normal pressed shape has been altered) you are fine, I'd say. As with everything else, the expiry date is a 'minimum lasts until...'. Most drugs are still good and potent long after that date

As mentioned above they're most likely fine. Expiration dates are usually just sell by dates. Even with food it will usually keep a bit longer then the 'expiration.'

As long as it does not say 'used by date' it will be ok. Applies to food as well, by the way.
