I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with Pegasos?

As someone in my mid-50's with debilitating tinnitus, I'm starting to consider them as a serious option.

How long have you had your tinnitus? I had that for many years after I was designated with a tumor on the acoustic nerve in 2006. The tumor is still there, but the tinnitus has gone. What happened, I think, is that my brain eventually adapted, realised that it is just unhelpful noise, and learned to filter it out.

About 20 years, but it's got progressively worse in the last 3-4 years.
