My life is shit and I just want to be dead painlessly. I made my own Exit bag and just awaiting on a few equipment to arrive. In the following video, I did a test with a garbage bag wrapped around my neck with a hose transfer setup, not the final comfort level setup. I didn't want to use an exit bag in case I passed out and it trapped the gas inside as it's a tight fit around my neck. Anyways after a minute I felt I was going to pass out. The Co build up was being expelled rapidly as the flow rate was high. I took the bag off and fainted bumping my head on the tank valve multiple times while my body was convulsing which you can clearly see. I could not stand up and felt like I was going to fall. The gas is dry and why I'll be using a scuba bio water filter to make the nitrogen slightly more moist and the ctb experience more pleasant. This is also a problem with scuba air tanks for diving. I really need sleeping pills or something because at about a minute it becomes highly uncomfortable to tolerate the intense nitrogen effects and pass out. I don't get the exploding head feeling with a bag that I got with a full face mask, however my body goes through an intense situation, the gas is very dry in my lungs and my head goes into a tunnel vision. How do I mitigate this? Thinking of ctb on a remote far away beach at night. I would've liked to use a jet ski with a float dingy 50km off shore and then for me to be flipped by a wave after I'm dead so my body could disappear deep in the ocean while wearing a double layer shark proof full chainmail Kevlar suit but I don't have that equipment ready yet. This life is horrible, I feel the urge to cut myself again.

I am very sorry to hear how bad its been for you.

I wish things would become better for you, but I am in no position to say it will, as it hasn't for me yet...
I am not sure if you have something like a rope around your throat to keep air from coming in, or if you're just using ur bare hands. I can't tell from the vide,o but that could become a problem.

Either way, I hope things somehow magically turn around for you, and you change ur mind, since it just isn't fair...

I'm not using my exit bag, this is just a rubbish bag. This isn't my complete comfortable ready setup. I just want to die. I'm asking for tips to make the experience pleasant as at the exact 1 minute mark, my body becomes very intense and passing out becomes highly uncomfortable, almost somewhat painful if that makes sense. It isn't this sleepy friendly gas. The bag is better than the full face mask, but still unpleasant. Please make sure you've watched the full video to assess what I can do.

It should feel different when done properly: letting the bag inflate first above your head while hyperventilating, then pulling it down after exhaling. If you're not going to test it the way that it's actually used to ctb, then of course you're not going to get an accurate idea of what it will be like.

That's what I did, again the gas is highly uncomfortable and intense. Nothing about a peaceful experience. I've tried hyperventilating and same effect. Thee only way is for me to be out asleep

Ok, hear me out, if you watch the video, that does not appear to be the case. The bag doesn't appear inflated around your head, which it would need to be before it's even pulled down. Watch it and see if you're seeing what I'm seeing. They said to use a mirror to be sure. It should kinda be like your head is inside a balloon.

Thanks for your contribution and these observations are correct. Are you the person that did the Exit workshop?
To the OP, if you can get gold of some Gabapentin or Benzos, this will lighten the experience.
Very effective during my test.....I didnt care about much at all!

Would mixing the gas with air at the initial stage make human body easier to adapt?
PPH talks about Alabama gas flow rate and Exit's recommended gas flow rate, why Exit recommends a much LOWER gas flow rate?

The exact opposite. Adding oxygen would cause a buildup of co2 in the bag, resulting in great discomfort & a sense of panic, likely resulting in failure. This is why we scrunch up the bag to get as much air as possible out before filling the bag with gas. Nitrogen makes up 78% of the air we breathe anyway, so it shouldn't be that hard to adapt.

That's a good question, I'm seeing a few different things they wrote regarding that, but that's inconsequential since it's well established & widely accepted that 15lpm is the correct rate.

Please how do I get my hand on these medications? My doctor won't write me a script unless I have a very good excuse. Can I get them off like the dark web or something? I am in Australia. I need something to help me pass out or ease the experience. Thank you
Please watch this new video I made and help me DIE. I will help you financially with some money if you teach me to actually overcome this uncomfortable feeling so I can then ctb if you desire. If I truly die, I'll have like $5K or something wired to you and the rest of what I have will just go to charity.

I tried again by crunching the bag of air, pulling it down and letting it inflate like a balloon. I was able to reach the point of extreme discomfort after 30 seconds where I had to pull the bag off and shut the valve. Past that point, I can't tolerate the EXTREME discomfort as following that, consciousness will likely occur. I want to make mention of how Nitrogen is a very, very quick acting gas. It's insane how fast. The feeling is just pure intensity in my face, arms, chest and body. It's a pulsing real feeling. You can see it on my red face as it twitches while I'm laying on my bed but for my security, I've covered my face with an emoji. The exploding head feeling is gone with a bag however compared to a mask, so that's a relief. How do people die using this method, how do you overcome this feeling? I tried this at 3am while I'm sleepy and I still can't overcome it. The reason I am using a garbage bag is because my turkey exit bag has a tight seal around the neck when I made it. I don't want to accidentally pass out during testing and have it closed around my neck with the gas still flowing and accidentally kill myself. The garbage bag gives the same effect as the turkey bag. No difference. This is my only method, if this doesn't work, I'm fucking stuck in this existence that is horrible. I'm 27, I'm going to be diagnosed with a terminal illness likely in 40 years and die a painful slow death alone. So I may as well die now or learn how to exit painlessly when I decide to go when I'm in old age. I can't tolerate this life anymore, my financial offer stands to anybody who assists me.

Ok. Before I even watched it, I knew something was off by your description, and the video confirmed it: this method is HIGHLY TECHNIQUE DEPENDENT. The bag needs to be scrunched of air, THEN INFLATED ABOVE THE HEAD BEFORE PULLING IT DOWN. Like a big balloon around your head. That's an important step, and I'm not seeing that at all. Test it with all the steps done precisely, or don't waste your time with it.

I am going to buy another turkey exit bag and try it properly with that. If I can just get close to the point of passing out, that will confirm I can go through with it while I'm unconscious with sleeping pills. I have a set up with rope, weights and timer lock that will turn open the valve after a set amount of time when the lock unlocks and the weights drop pulling the rope which will then turn open the valve, which will be when I've passed out via sleeping pills. Right before I fall asleep, I will close the exit bag around my neck, and after a few minutes of sleeping, the valve will open and will fill the bag with nitrogen. The only way I see myself succeeding with this method is to be heavily sedated or unconscious. The gas is intense in my body, you can see in the first video how my head hit the tank and the muscle spasms in my arms and torso. It's not a pleasant experience like everyone is describing.

If I may, let's go back to when you wanted to give up on nitrogen & try charcoal instead. It was the same thing. You were only willing to attempt it in ways that would result in failure. It is the same with this. What you described above completely deviates from the pph's instructions, ignoring steps they say are crucial to the method's success.

The gas is highly painful. I can't tolerate the feeling it induces. As I said no more exploding head feeling with a bag. My ears start ringing rapidly after 20 seconds as my consciousness becomes intense and fades out. I just tried it again a few minutes ago and my ears are still somewhat ringing. I need to be asleep to be able to tolerate this. Why can't you understand. It isn't a sleepy feeling or painless experience. This is a gas that is inducing complete destruction of your consciousness. The only way is to be asleep and for the gas to turn on via a timer that will release the clip attached to the rope and weights that will turn the valve open. If you have any suggestions that will help, I would appreciate. Once I got all my gear, I will setup my weight valve timer and take sleeping pills with an exit bag over my head. I will test it with air/oxygen first, if it passes, I will fill the scuba tank with nitrogen and go ctb on the beach in a remote area.

Something about the image of you sitting there, obviously in the soul absolutely suffering in agony whether it be physical or mental, so ready and determined for it soon to be over……. and those sweet little birds chirping in the background. Life is so sick dude I am so sorry

Yea I played nature sounds. I've gotten my hands on some of the strongest sleeping pills. When I pass out, my hand will let go and the neck seal will snap back and seal. I'll be dead. A painless death. I'm doing it in the ocean 50km off shore on my inflatable jet ski dingy, I'll be ejected by the swell and my body will never be found.

Won't work if sealed.

Thanks for your videos. It was interesting to see. Sorry you felt that bad.
I remember I overdid laughing gas in balloons with my friends. Well, I was feeling dizzy and awful but I remember I was about to pass out. I was collapsing laying my head because it felt too heavy, but since I stopped I quickly regained consciousness. It was, like in an accelerated way, falling asleep with nausea maybe or some sick feeling.
