So the method I'm leaning most towards is the Helium exit bag. I was told it somewhat bypasses the panic/fight or flight responses and it's almost like falling asleep. Can anyone shed some light on that? Or any other recommendations? I have really bad panic attacks and anxiety so I'm want to just get stoned off my ass and fade away.
