Venting Everything's wrong

They say that those who don't know how to live usually die quicker. I don't know how I'm going to live anymore, so I might as well make my death quick. There's too much going on it hurts to breathe. I feel sick daily, just by waking up. I have no method though. I could stab myself, but how? How can I die in my sleep. I hate living.
