Anything even remotely bad that happens pushes me into a spiral. Anything from hearing about people talking about me behind my back, to getting a bad haircut, to squishing a wasp, to having to figure out how to fill out an online form... Every single thing just makes me so overwhelmed. Honestly, not even negative things- like just going to see a movie, I crash so hard after, I feel like running my car into a tree. I feel like I'm just not made to handle any direct conflict, anything exciting, anything with any amount of effort, no matter how insignificant. It all just pushes me closer to the edge.

I feel this way too, a lot of the time. Like everything overstimulates me and I have such disportionate reactions to everything. My best friend says I am irrational and over react to everything.

But he is right, I do over react. But things truly effect me at a deeper level than most and I don't know how to fix that
