Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

emotional pain .. is strange how do you guys experience emotional pain, or how do you know its emotional pain?

for me, I never know if it's emotional pain or not. Often, randomly when I don't seem expect anything..my body will react - shaky, hyperventilation and tears.. but I wouldn't really feel anything on the inside.. my body just reacts and I can't stop it? Then, on the other hand.. my body won't react but I will be in extreme discomfort - lump in throat, teary eyes and tight feeling in my chest and extreme nausea but I just kinda freeze in that moment…….No reaction but this situation is where I often find myself doing impulsive things to ease the discomfort…

I find myself experiencing that a lot, I often feel discomfort … but it's so confusing because it's physical pain but I know for sure it's emotional but it's really ..strange idk

How do you guys experience emotional pain??

For me it might not initially manifest as physical pain, but it soon turns into that. Intense feelings make my chest feel heavy and painful and my head feel like it's too full. Prolonged feelings turn to constant stomach and head aches.
Emotional pain feels different from physical pain in the effect it has on my mind. Regular pain makes my mind serene and silent, but with emotional pain, my head feels foggy.
