elongate the pain

when I'm finished cutting, i usually want the pain to continue, to remind me. But i don't know what i should apply or put on afterwards to make the pain last. In the past, once i sprayed some bleach on it and it had my desired effect. Does anyone have anything other than bleach i could use?

Yes but I have been lurking for a few weeks. I'm in pain and I have no one in this world. I am addicted to benzo's and it's getting worse.

I have nothing in this world but benzo's. I love sleeping and dreaming, but since 10 years I cannot do so without psychiatric drugs.
I have tried to taper but there were interference from negative forces.
My benzo's addiction and physical side effects are getting worse by the day. I am underweight, cant digest food and have painful hemorrhoids(toxicity of the liver).
I might have leukemia due to my last blood works.

I take bondormin 0.25 mg , oxazepam 20 mg, and quetiapine 450 mg. this psychotropic combination really screws my body and mind.
I don't see a way out of this mess my sleep is getting worse everyday.

did you talk to your doctor? maybe he can prescribe you something that'll help you sleep
