Help EEBD hood source

I'm a new member, and not really well-versed in communicating on forums (apologies in advance if my writing comes off as unusual).

I've found an EEBD (for inert gas method) on the internet but would like some feedback on the reliability/utility of the source.

Let me know how I could go about doing that.
