Has anyone thought of using substances to reduce ones anxiety and maybe fear before CBT?
If yes, which ones would you use and which ones would you stay as far away from as possible?

Benzos have worked for people before. I would go with a shorter acting one like ativan or xanax. Longer acting benzos like valium would be fine too though.

I was just given samples by my pharmacist of CBD oils that help with anxiety. They say you have to use it for more than five days in a row to feel an effect.
