Putting a plastic bag over your head means you re-breathe your own exhaled CO2, which is highly likely to trigger a panic effect. I would advise against this.

people can be wrong, i would take meds to knock me out then put a bag over my head so i don't panic and die when unconscious, or hang myself when unconscious so i won't struggle or cut my tongue

You can't breathe at all, or barely can, if you properly hang yourself. If you can breathe enough for a bag to make a difference, then it's a failed attempt.
