I'm not that knowledgeable, but from my time here I don't think you can have a cross tolerance to SN like you might with amitriptyline or nembutal (from alcohol etc).
If you're big and younger/physically healthy you might want to look at the higher end of the usual 15-25g dose.Similar threads
