I would consider yours lost since it's been that length of time. Many people in same situations as you. I ordered april 9 and that package was lost. I ordered second package may 8 and that package has been stuck in customs ever since. I'm in urgent need with little time left. He recently told me customs inspections are nearly paralyzing normal operations making it very difficult for him to work now.

I'm guessing his drop to .6 was an attempt to cover his ass. It's interesting that he interacted with news media and the mother herself.
Of course it was. When I heard people saying that on here it was so obvious to me why he was asking questions to them and claiming different percentages as they were new customers to him.

I'm sorry but he told me on the 31st to be patient and that he's trying to send out packages. I think I'll file a complaint with Google Pay and my credit card provider now.

It doesn't have to with your address if it never left U*. As you're a foreign recipient you don't have legal standings with Ukrainian border authorities while the package is still outbound in his country. The sender is the legal owner of the package which means they only require verification from the sender in Ukraine. He has said the same to me. It isn't accurate. And he ended up taking back his statement to me. I also slightly changed my address to my second order I placed through him in May as my first order i placed in early April was lost and the second order I placed in May has been stuck in customs for 25 days now. And he asked me to entirely fully change my address last week to send me out a third order in which I fact checked him as explained above. That said, he is not actually physically shipping out the orders in the near future as he told me customs on his end are consficating nearly all parcels making it nearly impossible to do his job and no point to send them out now until custom activity subsides.
I've talked with him a few times since the site went down. You can see in my comments above in this thread and elsewhere. Are you asking regarding losing money because your order is lost or seized in U* or did your order not get sent ? Give me more details and I can help.
He's being investigated right now. My SN was taken as evidence. He might still be fine butHi! I just read the thread about the DSL website going down and I'd like to reassure everyone – this most likely doesn't mean the seller has ceased operations; it's just a temporary technical issue that will be resolved soon, and the seller will resume sales.
The exact same thing happened with the same seller's previous website, DMC. DMC, like DSL, was built on a third-party software provider for building online store websites. Someone reported the website to the service provider, who then stopped providing their software to the seller, and DMC stopped working. However, this didn't mean they stopped selling. Quite the opposite. He later continued his Telegram store and later created a new website, DSL, which also relies on the SimDif website building service.
This scenario has potentially recurred – someone contacted the third-party software provider, who then discontinued their service, and DSL is now down. Most likely, the seller will soon renew the website using different software, or create a new one and resume selling.
Of course, there's no 100% guarantee this will happen, but I think it's the most likely scenario. I understand you're very nervous that the only widely available source could potentially disappear and never be available again, but that likely hasn't happened. Most likely, there's no reason to worry, and the seller will resume sales through other channels.
