If a person performs long drop hanging in a bridge, is there a possibility of rescue? Because although it is said that when the neck brakes the death is instantaneous, i found out that death is not instantaneous, rather unconsciousness. So death comes after. So could the person be rescued?

There is always a possibility of being rescued. Nothing is 100% guaranteed, unfortunately. This is why careful planning is important.

Very important: Calculate the length of your drop. If the rope is too long you can be decapitated - then there's no chance to be rescued.

how long and how thick do you think the rope should be so theres decapitation? Also, wouldn't a wire be best for this kind of job?
Much longer than the calculated length. Idk how long. Each neck is different. Rope about thumb thick (1/2 inch) I would say and the rope must also be strong enough to hold several times your body weight. You're decapitated bc of the forces that appear when the free fall is stopped suddenly - not only your neck breaks but the bone and flesh break up too.

Drop hanging has more involved than simple full suspension.
Check out all of your options.

WAIT! ALWAYS THOUGHT IF THE ROPE WAS TOO SHORT THEN YOU GET DECAPITATED AND IF ITS TOO LONG YOUR NECK GETS SNAPPED TO OBLIVION
Let's look at this what's happening physically here:

Once you jump you're in a free fall and your body will be accelerated with 10m/s. If you fall only 1m you're not as fast as after 10m free fall. There's a much stonger force when the free fall stops after 10m than after 1m.

I hope that explains it.
