Dreamt of CBT with my method of choice last night

So I rarely ever dream and when I do it's not very long or vivid but last night after a very bad day I dreamt of taking my SN, it included a few more subconscious stuff of things in my life and past too but just dreamt that I was ready and preparing to take it. It actually took a few weeks turns in the dream, I ended up taking some and then leaving the house to go to a park and taking more but it still wasn't working so came home and took more then lie in bed and eventually get up again to go to the bathroom and watched myself turn blue and get sunken eyes didn't even think about the death beyond "well it's happening" before laying back down and a few more past traumas came up before blackout and waking up for a few lucid minutes and back to bed but woke up despite having a busy day today very calm and relaxed and it's not too heavily on my mind but the dream definitely had zero negative connotations to my current thoughts and feelings.
