So I'm on my way out. Supplies are en route. Great.

I just can't believe that even when I care less about day-to-day bullshit, things are still awful. I hate it here.

I want to be warm, fed, and housed and by myself with a high-speed internet connection or I want to be gone. I don't belong here.

In defense of capitalism (my first time!), I do have a bed and heat and food for at least a week. But the straw the broke the camel's back here is having my hours cut in half. At a job that barely paid enough. A job I'm overqualified for. Ffs. And which took me years of lowered expectations for me to find. Fuck this nonsense. Can't wait to get out.

Or to be Tom Hanks in Castaway. Internet would be nice but I'm used to lowered expectations.
