Doesn't feel real

I can't believe this is real. It feels more like a horrible nightmare. I never thought I would go out like this. I was beautiful, happy, loved and loving. Now this Physical body is all that exists and I'm nothing.

. Life is a horrifying burden with all its hopes, failures, joy and pain, I don't know what part of me agrees with it all I'm going through, but I keep going and going and it feels real. Lol I don't know what I'm talking about. Your thought blew my mind.
