Not really an "anti-emetic", but you can use it for that. Works in the same way as meto but is much more antipsychotic and has a higher chance of negative side effects like EPS if you overdose them. So be careful with it.

Ok, how do I get metoclopramide from the doctor's office? It reacts badly to perphenazine, according to what I read on the web. Are there any other antiemetics that work for the amptypline cocktail?

It makes no sense to combine metoclopramide and perphenazine. No doctor would prescribe that at the same time.

Choose one of them and combine it with dimenhydrinat (=OTC) in normal dosage.

Ok, how about getting prochlorperazine? Would a doctor prescribe that with perphenazine?
Or should I just use perphenazine?

That doesn't make any sense either. A doctor would only try them individually until one of them achieves the desired effect.

Anti-emetic is a very complex topic, there are far too many factors that can cause vomiting. There is no guarantee :-(
