Does overnight fasting work for SN?

From midnight till skipping breakfast and 4 hours post-skipping breakfast be enough of a fasting time for SN?That is from 10 pm from the previous night to 10am in the following morning...

You mean you won't eat anything for 12 hours?

It should suffice depending on how heavy your last meal is and depending on how fast your normal metabolism is.

There's people that do the 24 h regimen

But I think it is recommended to use the 48 hour one? So you have one day to prepare with the anti emetic etc

I have been told here that an 8-hour fast is enough.I would puke on a 24-hour one

I will do the same bro. For me it's the only way, because I literally can't just eat a breakfast and then starve myself for 8 hours.
