It's really hard to tell the exact value with the light shining through the liquid. Also no idea what is the concentration of SN in the water you were testing, assuming you went for the middle of the testing range (2.5 mg/L?) but both 2 mg/L and 5 mg/L on the chart look identical to me. So this just tells you that you have a high concentration of SN (or rather NO2 ions) in the water but not much about the purity of the SN (which is the reason for the test).

By the way, any reason to test with a liquid test instead of paper testing strips? I don't think I've ever seen someone use the liquid tests.
