How long you been battling this? And when did you realized you weren't going to CTB?I guess. I still don't always feel good a lot of the time but it is an improvement from when I ALWAYS felt like shit. Maybe if I keep going It will get better. It's been like this for years if you wanted to know. It's only been recently where I'm starting to accept i'm probably not going to be able to CTB. I've been wanting to go for years.

I think this sums it up nicely and briefly. We learn to adapt to our situations and find better and more effective coping strategies and mechanisms. Things of course can improve but it's all circumstantial.It doesn't get easier. You just get stronger.
