Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had any actual updated pdf because the most recent we have is from April 2022. I'm sure we all would like to know the major updates on SN such as the antacids and propranolol but need actual proof/source of it instead of just people claiming it here, not that I don't trust but you can't be too careful and don't wanna put your total trust in either.

Apparently the 2023 January ppeh/Essentials are out. If any older people that have access to it or any other version from April 2022 and up can provide a pdf to this forum we would be grateful

Wow, that's a huge dose for the benzos. Most I've taken is 15mg diazepam in one go, didn't feel any nausea but I was wondering if anyone who has taken a larger dose at once has experienced that? Unlikely if they're recommending it but still seems like a possibility with such a huge dose...

That's a significant amount of benzos being recommended, as well as the new recommendation to crush and take after the SN.

I still think I'd go for taking the ~3mg Klonopin earlier with the AE.

yuppp but the user said it's not what I'm thinking of like the bad scary stuff and it's very easy and simple to do. Its on a very common known website that people use for books, you just get more access to it using torr.

I have literally no idea/experience on what TORR even is/how it functions besides it being a domain or anything about the dark web really. So I'm looking for people who have experience with the dark web/torr who would be more comfortable doing so.

The user has their own personal reasons for not wanting to share it here which is understandable.
