Does anyone else have separate “sad” and “numb” playlists?

I have one playlist for when im sad/crying, and another for when I feel numb/hopeless/empty. They both feel different to me but idk if anyone else does the same.

i did that and they dominated my spotify wrapped all of last year because i was sad so often and listened to them so much

Yeah but I don't use them because I'm not trying to feel worse by playing music, but it I find or remember a song that's sad that I don't want to forget/listen in the future I add it to my "Depressing" playlist.
