Nobody likes you when you're 23

It seems like the moment someone finds out I have a mental illness, there's no turning back. Any time I disagree with them about anything, I'm "manipulating" or "gaslighting" them. And I know, it sounds like maybe I'm the manipulator after all. But I'll try as hard as I can not to be. I put my all into being polite and understanding, and I ask other people about what I'm planning to say before I say it just so I know I'm not being rude or manipulative. And some people will still get upset. I've noticed this a lot on people who go to therapy and are online a lot. I think the problem is that some people go to therapy or Twitter, learn all these terms, and start weaponizing them against others. Is someone disagreeing with you? Are they misunderstanding you? No, it must be an intentional manipulation meant to spite you. Like damn, it's a pretty heavy accusation to make all willy-nilly. Sorry, I know this is just a big rant. But has anyone else experienced anything like this?
