• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Got MDD around May, I feel like ive recovered and am even fine from time to time, but its as if im a new person in a way with just how everything is dealt with and how I think, its like im in a perpetual state of a mild mental illness that still interferes with how i interact with ppl sometimes and its genuinely eating away at me. Almost everyday everything goes numb and i feel horrendous and everything feels horrendous and i start self sabotaging and hating on myself for no reason.

Its like a neverending loop and it js keeps getting worse, Im scared it spirals into relapse or even worse trying to ctb again

anyboyd have ANY way to fix this its like a post recovery thing or idek

I think I am in a similar stage... I do interpret it as "not having fully recovered" though. I like to believe that I personally need more time on my own to get more comfortable with my being again. This is my personal situation though, you may need something else to get better.

Regardless, I hope you find it, or if there is nothing specific to tackle I hope you get better with time.

Also, I personally dont expect to ever "fully heal", I dont think that is a possibility, at least for me. I prefer to try and slowly get a bit better, a step at a time. Did you get any recent "wins"? Anything that the you from three months ago wouldnt had experienced or done?
