• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Actually, telling certain things to therapists CAN get you committed. Therapists are legally mandated to turn you in, even if they don't want to, if you tell them things that they perceive as being threats to your life or the lives of others. So, be careful what you say to them. Whatever freedoms you have can be taken away with the slip of the lip.
I know. I just forgot a "doesn't seem all that helpful to me" there at the end

Yes, but every therapist isn't genuine. No one truly cares about you. Which is why I hate them. Same with psychiatrists. They do not help you in any way, all they do is medicate you. I took meds but they are useless, they don't help at all, my diagnosis is not treated with meds, it is treated with psychotherapy, which I also did and it did not help at all. Help is inexistent for me I believe, and I do not seek it anymore either.
I do not want to become a fat pig because of an antipsychotic and besides that, they also damage your organs badly if taken long-term.

99% No. She know I'm even watching SaSu but I've not told her that I am seriously falling love with her and want to spend the rest of life with her if I decide not to ctb.

I tell my psychiatrist I don't want to be here anymore but deny any active plans so they don't lock me up. Most of it falls on deaf ears though and they don't take me seriously despite my previous OD.

I lie all the time. Nothing they say or do will help me so what's the point in telling them anyways. I've been seeing mental health professionals for nearly 5 years now. Most of the time they don't know I'm lying, apart from one of them, who I no longer see though. She'd ask so many questions and I'd get in trouble for saying 'I don't know' to every one of them lol. But let's be real they're probably sick of hearing the same miserable shit all the time anyways. They ask me how I am, my answer is always 'fine'.

From what I have been hearing, this is a wise choice. Apparently, mental health professionals are required to take action that involves law enforcement and being committed to a mental health facility, thus removing any ability to make decisions for ourselves.
