The doctor declaring her death said she was being dead for few hours. To be honest she looked quite similar despite she didn't have blue fingers. You have to take into consideration that your body will be very shocking and unpleasant view whether you die via SN or N.

Well, during assisted suicide bodies are taken care of shortly after farewell. That's why people don't see how badly body changes after death. They are guaranteed they won't be rescued so they can look peaceful till they will be taken to ossuary. We don't have this privilege. We have to give ourselves some time to make sure we won't be rescued. It's unavoidable some changes will occurr. Although you're right that these changes don't look so drastic if N is used compared to SN.
