Since all antiemetics listed in the guides such as meto or ondansetron are prescription only in my country, the only OTC alternative is Diphenhydramine (and Dimenhydrinate which is 55% DPH). I know it's one of the weaker antiemetics, but how effective would it be for CTB using SN?

I have never felt antiemetic effects from diphenhydramine. I wouldn't count on it as one for SN. Sorry, not what you want to hear.
