What's the bottle made of and what's it filled with? What are you using as a rope?
The general concept is good though. Have you made sure the door can comfortably support your entire weight?

probably a shampoo bottle or something of the sorts. ill fill it up with either rocks or sand. i feel like as long as its big enough to be blocked by the door, im fine.

If bottle falls down on the other side and your scarf slides down while you are unconscious but not dead there is a risk for you to fall down and eventually ending up as a vegetable. I wouldn't risk it

An anchor point must be absolutely stable and solid.

Idk how you plan to tie your bottle. Your bottle will have to be heavy enough to hold your weight. Your scarf might be too thin and slip between the door and the frame once you'll be hanging.

Just to be safe, I'd secure the bottle both horizontally and vertically. A scarf is a soft fabric and might slip on a plastic bottle that is full of water.

That's technically incorrect; it doesn't have to be. The reason this setup works is that the object can't fit through the gap between the door and the doorframe. The weight of the object is of little relevance here.

It would be very cumbersome and impractical to use an object that is heavy enough to act as a counterbalance. It'd have to be at least as heavy as the person.

The most important things are that 1) the ligature is securely tied to the object with no risk of coming off, and 2) the object can't fit through the gap.

This is true. It's true for any kind of anchor point. It should be thoroughly tested before use.

I would swap the scarf with a rope and the bottle with a dumbell as it was explained here.
I don't know if you drew scarf and bottle because they're the only things you have but I think they'd be too slippery to sustain FSH.
