I have the most convenient way to die. I live nears a 200+ bridge over the ocean. It's pretty much 100% death. Why am I am so afraid??? Will I die on impact or drown? It's also freezing so hypothermia is another other. I jump, It's over so why am I so scared.??? Hanging is my 2nd choice and doesn't seem to scare me like jumping

Having access to the "Suicide button" and actually pressing it are two different things. I often wish for an "easy" button where I could push it and just immediately die painlessly... but I can only imagine the angst I would have in actually pushing that button if it were right here in front of me.
Despite the pain and misery and the desperate want for it to be over... actually pushing that button takes a lot in that moment.
