Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

According to some estimates, depression will soon be the second leading cause of disability, worldwide. There is growing agreement that depression is not a singular thing, like cancer or heart disease, but rather a collection of symptoms commonly seen together, often as a stress response. Underscoring the belief that depression is a collective is the fact that, despite common symptoms, depression is often experienced at somewhat differently by those suffering. One example is appetite, with some experiencing loss of appetite, and others experiencing a greater appetite. Also, some experience anger as a primary symptom. For those suffering, what is your experience like and how long have you suffered? Do you experience it as continuous or does it come and go? Also, how would you rate its intensity and how are you coping? Do you take medication and therapy and do they help?

Yes, in my case it's appetite increase and lack of tolerance because I can't stand people who pretend to live in a society but can't be respectful (example: you have a pet but don't pick up their poop, you are on a bike and go past a red traffic light, etc). Also, I've probably become some kind of Karen but trust me, I hate this haha.

What's more, I'm realizing more people than I thought are suffering from depression and even though it might sound ridiculous, they will never admit it and post a smiling picture on their social media.

I guess here's the reason why my country (Argentina) has the most therapists all over the world LOL
