Death by firework?

Being from the UK November it's basically firework season here bonfire night was on the 5th but people have been setting them off daily everyone goes crazy for it anyway I just heard some go off and I just had this random thought what if I died by firework. I don't think I've ever heard of this method for suicide but you do hear about people dying in firework accidents. I wonder if there's been any recorded suicides would you attempt it?

I've never thought of that, that would insane - and probably painful , I don't even know how fireworks death accidents work

I mean, legit demolition explosives could kill you as fast as a gun, but who has those? Fireworks aren't gonna work.

Essentially, they're just explosives so it could work or I guess some people might just die of the shock of it. People are crazy with them here gangs just shooting them at each other or police saw it in the news the other day in Birmingham

So I looked and there's 2 confirmed cases from 2001 maybe more now they just set the firework off in their mouth so their head just exploded hmm I wonder what kind of firework they used I guess it would be similar to using a gun relatively instant but then you'd have to wait after it was lit a few seconds

They must have been illegal ones.. watched this the other day strap that to you head I think it would do the job

I found a paper saying that specifically flash powder fireworks are very deadly. trying to source for myself.
