Cymbalta and Meto

I have Meto and the SN AND proponalol and small amount of valium. However I am on cymbalta 30mg I have only been taking it 2 days, do I risk any screw up in my plan using Meto as my anti sickness as shows significantly risk of serotonin syndrome

That is rare. I wouldn't worry about it.
