Hey so ive been wondering what a good method is when you are in a situation where getting a firearm or pills / gas is impossible.... i heard that partial hanging is good and moderately painless is this true? Because i know that full hanging is brutal and breaks your spine or something... and buildings and knives have a low sucess rate + youll be too scared.

I trained mma / combat sports and ive been choked out before and certain chokes didnt hurt at all and actually felt super good and dizzy / high kinda after waking up + you go to sleep in a matter of 3 - 5 seconds

I dont plan to ctb very soon but i plan to in a couple of years (i wont go into detail why) and i wanna know now just incase this forum ended or something (we know how the media is)

I obviously cant get another person to choke me out and not let go
so is there a solo method that can replicate that effect of somone choking you out with a headlock and not letting go after you sleep?
A method similair to that? Partial hanging sounds similar and promising.

Partial suspension and full suspension work by cutting off the blood supply to the brain similar to a choke hold.

We are not allowed to directly suggest methods but there is a resources thread that you can look through yourself to see if something works for you.

Oh....i didnt know you could be in trouble for suggesting methods ....really? Is the government and bs media that strict now? Thats crazy
Wow i saw the link and thank you i didnt realise it was on here.....i guess it doesnt count if the site says...theres alot of methods on there ill make sure to check it out...also i think partial hanging does sound the most convincing and similair to the pleasant experience of a mma choke.

This site is under enough scrutiny as it is. Better to not give them more ammo.

any thoughts on comeback? as for me some time ago lifting heavy weights was helpful for me (overall doing sports (sports and me is a two opposite things) until i was drained out totally

There are not "ranks" here, really. No one has seniority necessarily. Some people have been here for years and have a few hundred posts. Some people have been here a relatively short amount of time and have thousands. All the number means is that I post a lot. 😅 I like being helpful so I answer a lot of questions or post people toward resources. There are others that have been here far longer than I or know far more about particular topics.

Yes you should train again....
its the best thing you could do in my opninion, i wish i could train soooo much but i cant because i have been stuck isolated at my grandparents house for the past year, i am banned from the middle floor where the bathroom and heaters are because my grandfather hates me. The walls upstairs are unfinished and since theres no bathroom i pee into bottles, i literally havent talked to any other human beings except my mother for almost a year i think. No shops or gyms nearby, however i do train using a backpack and shadowboxing sometimes..... I MISS THE GYM SO MUCH
Once i return to au i will live in the gym again, i plan to literally spend 8 hours + in the gym. When i was in a much much darker place then now when i was younger, the best thing that helped me was mma / gym.

Btw the image shows how ugly the walls and conditions are, i dont stay in that room (an abandoned bathroom) but in a diff one, either way the walls look the same. Even in crap conditions i still try to train.

I tried self harming but i always was caught --> shamed and caught infections. So gym was where i could make myself feel pain without hurting myself.

Long story short:
When your life is horrible you have 2 reactions, either sad or angry. Training made me switch from being sad and hopeless to hating everything and wanting to be stronger and be a villain.
Absolutely train, for me it felt like the only way to send a "fuck you" To the world 🥲

so you can do some training in your room simply push ups. just keep doing it
