Mhm didn't think much about this but you might want to check if the breakers pop if you short live wire, I think it does and idk if you can counter that easily. Also I don't think going like that is very peaceful got shocked once by 120v wasn't pleasant and it was only my finger.
Another thing to take in account is that h2o itself isn't conductive so you would need to add salt or something. But just research first maybe I don't know anything about this just speculating.
