Help Creating PayPal without a card? (For SN)

I have an SN source but they only take PayPal, and I only have Apple Card. How would I set up a PayPal account? Or what could be another alternative

I set up PayPal years ago, but don't remember what I had to do to set it up. I used PayPal to pay for my SN last fall. I'm basically posting here to bump your post. Good luck with what you need.
