I am good, as I tend to be on all Fridays. I am also listening to an album on Spotify, 'Patchwork' by Alohaii. No one would suspect that a deadpan and monotonous brick like me would actually enjoy white girl music...
Speaking of Friday has gotten me thinking-- sometimes, I almost feel grateful that I have annoyances in my life, like chronic pain or a tiring work week, because it means that I get to have such massive pleasure when I'm rid of them. That probably doesn't make sense, though...

@Arvayn today I remembered (I have an unreliable memory, but sometimes random facts that I should have forgotten just pop up) that one day you said that your depressions seemed to follow a time pattern... I made the count myself and I was shocked 2000, 2008, 2016, 2025 So, in my case there is a clear 8(ish) year cycle and now I can't stop thinking about it.
