Ugh, I relate so much!worst part is me knowing me i wont be able to sleep until they actually come cause my body will wake m up at thw beginning of the timeframe so im not even more frazzled. i also hate people coming in here
If it helps to know, a sleep cycle is generally around 80 to 110 minutes long. If you wake up in that timeframe from a nap it's more likely you'll be sleep groggy when you wake up.thought itd be smarter not to nap and just try to bed early but ive already been tanking for an hour. feels like i made the wrong choice but now its [maybe] too late to nap :/

Play the absolute most annoying sound or song on your phone and put it next to your ear. Maybe insanity can save you from your slumberthank you - yes, my naps are usually maybe 20-40 minutes, but i already took a long one after a not-terrible amount of sleep (never makes a difference). i meant more in, if i nap now i wont be able to go to actual bed any earlier, and get ahead of me annoyingly waking myself up before their arrival or my alarm
but i literally cant keep mmy eyes open lol might just lay donw and..see what happens...
to which part, wakking yourself up unnecessarily early, having people in your place, or both?Ugh, I relate so much!
i need to be up another several hours atp i think i will throw it lolPlay the absolute most annoying sound or song on your phone and put it next to your ear. Maybe insanity can save you from your slumber
Both. Being woken up unnecessarily causes a strong adrenaline rush, which often leads to anxiety or an anxiety attack. And no, I don't want strangers in my house. It's the only place that feels safe. So stay the f*ck out.to which part, wakking yourself up unnecessarily early, having people in your place, or both?
