I think we snore more on our backs so- maybe but then, I'm not sure it's actually preventable as the body starts to shut down. Seeing as SN starves the body of oxygen, I would have thought difficult/ laboured breathing would happen at the end.
But, I think they recommend lying on the right and slightly upright to take SN anyway. I imagine we may move about though as the process takes effect. I don't know really.
