Hello, recently I attempted to do partial hanging and I got until I got dizzy and everything got slow and I got a headache afterwards. I wanted to ask if it is possible to sustain a brain damage after these attempts without passing out?
Brain damage occurs when the brain is completely starved of oxygen and starts to die. This usually takes a couple minutes to start after you passed out.
If you remained conscious, it is very unlikely. you might have a headache for a couple days though.
