Considering attempting tonight

I'm considering attempting tonight, sn method, I won't lie I am scared, especially of failing. It's not ideal for me that my roommate is in next room so I am concerned about the agonal breathing (death rattle) n him coming in the room to check if he hears that. Like from what I've seen it's pretty loud. I have a white noise machine that I would use but I'm still afraid he'll hear me as the walls are thin.

I'm also scared I'll puke, I only have one 50g bag and I'd be making two 25g glasses so if I fail I got none left. I just have this feeling that I will survive and that scares me as it would be devastating.

Also a question, as I'm on anti depressants am I still ok to take them in lead up to drinking sn?

Unfortunately not, he's always in, my only other option is hotel but I rather do it at home in my own bed

I don't recommend attempting with others nearby. Not only could the agonal breathing be loud, but the vomiting could be quite loud too if not louder.

As for the antidepressants, I don't think that'll impact anything. If you're taking Meto/Dom/Prochlorp, you should check online for drug interactions and see if you'll have any adverse effects.

This is really annoying, I've fasted all day & I really want out, I feel pretty ready. I'm not sure what to do now, hotel is a load of hassle & also people in next room could hear. Plus it would look suspect me saying I'm staying out. Wtf am I meant to do.

Domperidone and Prochlorperazine, Metoclopramide alternatives. All act on the D2 receptor and speed up gastric emptying, which is what you want in an AE for SN.

I fully understand that you want out today, but I really wouldn't advise it. The biggest reason for failure with SN is being found too early (also calling for help). Even if your roommate doesn't hear you during the process, they may pop in to say "hey" or something, and you can't account for that.

It definitely is still risky. He could wake up, either due to you or otherwise, and foil your attempt. I still wouldn't advise it, but I can't tell you what to do.

I hope things end up working out the way you want them to.

He's not usually nosy no. My bed is further away from him but like the walls are thin I can hear him cough, blocking the door is an idea just worried he'd still call an ambulance. I'm kinda torn on what to do I really want out

Well, you should really attempt when you're all alone if you don't want it to fail. It would be much less risky in a hotel. But at least failure from SN won't leave you with sequelae.

Really sucks that may have to attempt in a hotel. I felt ready today I'm so frustrated. Just wish I had a gun would make everything so much simpler
