Help CO method and hanging, which has the higher success rate and less pain?

I'm currently considering these two methods, as in my country (Asia), these seem to be the most available. I've read many threads in this website, but I'm still not very sure how to do exactly to have 100% success rate in ctb. I don't want to suffer from complications caused by failure. Could anyone here give me advice? ( sorry if my English is not good)

If done correctly, you'll be unconscious within 30 or so seconds. The pain will be there, but it won't last long.
