At 5 PM, i took:

- 20 mg metoclopramid
- 8 mg ondasetron

Around 6 PM, I took:

- 50 x 250 mg chloroquine
- 40 x 3 mg eszopiclone (equivalent of ≈ 300 mg zopiclone).

I dont have memory of what happened afterward until waking up at the ICU. But apparently as i was told i phoned my parent at 11 PM semi-consciously, and was admitted to the ICU by 12 PM, where they gave me activated charcoal and other treatments.

I have no idea how did i manage to survive for nearly 6 hours post-ingestion until i even started regaining consciousness, it is documented in literature to be fatal within 1-3 hours and is considered reliable by all renowned books. And no i didnt vomit.

Anyway, even though i have no memory of anything until waking up at ICU, it wasnt an experience that i would consider even getting close to anytime in the future. I spent 3 days at the ICU and was released the fourth day, the worst things that happened to me was hypotension, low blood pressure, low blood oxygen level (87%), and aspiration (likely from the charcoal).

I give up suicide.

Only guesses I have:
- sedative you took may protect against chloroquine. Don't know if yours does but apparently diazepam does
- Medication was expired or some degree counterfeit/not the actual dosage

Sometimes certain people may just have natural resistance to certain od's.

Hard to tell. Sorry

No, the least of them was a year before expiration.

Regarding diazepam, it is true studies showed an antidotal effect against chloroquine overdose, but this is exactly why literature suggests using z-drugs (e.g zopiclone , zolpedim) as sedatives instead, which is what i did.

My money would be on counterfeit then. You had more than the lethal dosage, no reason why that shouldn't of worked.

Then again who knows. Even reliable ODs can fail for no clear reason.

The literature says that two or more packages of 40 tablets are guaranteed to be a lethal dose (i.e. a lethal dose of 80 tablets or more), but you only took 50 tablets. Perhaps this interfered with the result.
You crushed the pills into powder? Did you eat before dinner?
