Me too and I don't know why I'm here , I'm just waiting for death and I'm only 27 years old

My entire life crashed from June 2024. Its been two years of misery each and every day. Identity loss, divorce, affair being found out, bpd diagnosis, guilt, shame of family coming to know, migration, loss of job, everything hit me at the same time. I wonder how I'm alive. And i haven't even given the full details

I also feel terrible today. Have run out of benzos since 2 days ago and need to go to the doctor to get a new prescription.
