Help Can't access chats

Two people have sent me "private chat conversations" but when I click on them I see nothing. They might have something important to say and honestly, I could use people to talk to. How can I get it to work?

Requirements to enter chat has been changed

You need to post a bit more before you can access them. My recommendation, if you're really curious about what they've said, send them a PM and ask what it was they were trying to say.
