Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

hey, could i maybe get some comfort re sn method? I have everything i need, just anxious because ive heard sometimes people are suffering alot, though usually its fine especially if your following protocol. just need some reassurance eh i dont know i need to do it
If you follow protocol and your SN is high enough purity, you should bd fine. You'll likely lose consciousness within 15-20 minutes. Reports range from no discomfort to some people experiencing pain (though if I'm being honest, I think some people just equate discomfort with pain). SN is popular because you are unlikely to suffer compared to other methods. You will likely experience symptoms like tachycardia and vomiting, but these are often the most extreme symptoms. Follow protocol, don't deviate, be prepared to be uncomfortable.

I can't encourage you to do it, but I can say that the evidence we have supports the idea of SN being relatively painless. Even when the protocol isn't followed, or in accidental ingestion, death can occur. If you intend to follow protocol, it is unlikely to fail or be painful. The worst parts would be vomiting and an elevated heart rate.

thanks....is 24 hour fasting best? i have propanolol so hopefully wont have racing heart too much....im a bit confused about benzos because if you drink them straight after sn the sn will likely make you throw up so wouldnt you throw up the benzos? i have 50 valium, im wondering if i should imgest some before sn earlier too....i dont know just confused
You're correct that if you vomit from the sn, the benzos will likely come up too. It depends how much you absorbed. For faster absorption, you can dissolve the benzos and drink it, although it'll likely be super bitter and taste awful. Just note that if you dissolve the benzos for faster absorption, it'll knock you out quicker and likely hit you harder so you would need to time it so you don't fall unconscious before the sn.
