I apologize but I am extraordinarily bad at math and understanding measurements due to dyscalculia. I just want to know, in regards to SN- do 25gm and 25g both mean 25 grams? Is it 25 milligrams or 25 grams that is needed for death for SN? And if buying 100g enough? Also, how I can I measure this if tablespoons and teaspoons are said to be ineffective? Will just any old measuring cup work?

25gm = 25g (grams)

I recommend using a scale instead of estimating using table spoons.

100g is more than enough
Thanks so much for explaining. Is it okay to use a measuring cup in place of a scale?

I recommend a scale and you should use one to reduce possible mistakes.

How does it work using a scale? Do you just dump the powder directly onto it? And then it gives you the numbers in grams? Or do you have to do conversions?

ideally you'd have a lightweight small cup or container. make sure the scale is set to Grams (g). put that cup etc on the scale first. hit the 'tare' button (if there are international variations of this word please jump in) to cancel the cup then pour in the sn to 25g. no conversion needed. most scales have grams.

Thank you for explaining! And what does "tare"? mean exactly? Also do you have any examples of the type of cup/container that can be used?

Any lightweight cup or container that is not huge is fine. 'Tare' is the US named button for cancelling out whatever is on the scale (such as a cup etc since people do use it to measure other things this way, it may be different in your country, I'd suggest looking up a video)

Also, just to ask- do you think these cups would be good? : https://www.amazon.com/Goiio-Plasti...=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9zZWFyY2hfdGhlbWF0aWM&th=1

Or is this plastic one okay? : https://www.amazon.com/ReliMedPro-d...-2-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1
