If so, how much paracetamol can kill me ??
Overdoses have a low chance of killing you, even the most toxic one's that is antidepressants have a 14% chance of killing you, and that pill you are going to use, is an over the counter pill, makes it even lower chance of killing you, but the high chance that will kill you that is 80-90% fatal, is liver failure, and you will have to take 500 of them. Liver failure is miserable and takes days to die.

yea don't try it, the amount you need to die is huge and you will most likely throw it up and not die

I'm afraid it's not feasible. just like stop breathing is fatal but no one has succeded in this method. I'm sorry you need to contemplate suicide

I don't recommend doing this. Death can be very long and painful. I had a friend who tried to poison himself with it, only ruined his liver. Pills are a bad way of KTB, the least lethal

I think you can bleed a lot with liver failure, hemorrhage, it's horrible. Alcoholics sometimes have it.

A long time ago, I thought 10 x 500mg would be a painful yet reliable death. Oh how wrong I was... when I read the literature, and found out that most people go to hospital and survive. Not only are there enzymes that can be injected to help the liver process it, but there is still time for activated charcoal and stomach pumping to further reduce what was ingested.

I wouldn't have tried it anyway, coz I hear that liver failure is a painful way to go; whole days of agony.

everything in high enough doses (even water) can kill you. that being said, over-the-counter medicine such as paracetamol cannot kill you unless you have stupidly high doses.

for paracetamol, the LD50 (the minimum dosage required for you to have a 50% chance of dying) is 1944mg/kg, the average human is around 70kg, that means that to have a 50% chance of death from a paracetamol overdose you would need to ingest around 136,080mg (136 grams) of paracetamol.

most paracetamol tablets are ~500mg, meaning you'd need to take 272 tablets just to have a 50% chance of dying.

the side affects of micro overdoses of paracetamol are things such as liver, stomach and kidney damage, which won't kill you but will severely degrade your quality of life.

tldr: yes, it can kill you, but realistically not, and the side affects are not worth the risk.

My friend once tried to overdose using plenty of paracetamol and survived easily. Even in very high doses it will rarely kill you.

My first suicide attempt was by doing this, I vomited loads and other unpleasant stuff happened. Don't even think about it, it's not worth the pain.

Tylenol/paracetamol/acetominophen
An overdose of Tylenol has a probability of ~5% or less of killing you. That is an incredibly low chance. If you succeed, odds are it will be slowly over the course of days to weeks, or even months, as your liver slowly shuts down. This would be an excruciatingly painful death. Liver failure causes your skin to turn yellow, nausea, vomiting, severe abdominal pain, fowl smelling pale stools, and even the potential for massive esophageal bleeding. More than likely, however, you will throw up for several hours before returning back to baseline over the next few days. If you do seek medical care, you will be given the reversal drug and then sent to the psych ward after being medically stabilized.
